Is Fashionistar a new brand?
No. Fashionistar has been established for several years and originally grew through physical boutiques. As the brand evolved, we chose to shift our focus online to offer a more curated, refined, and flexible shopping experience.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, it may be possible. Orders are processed quickly, and once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Will it look like the photos?
Yes. We aim to represent each item as accurately as possible using real product photos and videos, with clear details and true-to-life visuals.
In many cases, the piece may look even better in person, as lighting and screens can’t always capture the full texture, fit, and details.
Are your photos and videos accurate?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items. To be eligible, items must be:Unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear.Returned with all tags attached and in original packaging.Requested within 30 days of delivery.Final sale items are not eligible for return (unless they arrive defective).If approved, store credit is issued and valid for 12 months.
